Stiefel will not be liable for any damages arising out of your access to this site or any linked site or your use of any information found on this site or any linked site.

EFFECTIVE UPON YOUR PURCHASE OF ANY PRODUCTS, and to ensure that there is no interruption in service and/or results, you may have enrolled in the Preferred Customer Autoship Program at no additional cost. As a member in this program, you will experience the convenience of automatic shipments at discounted prices. By enrolling you authorize and understand that (Stiefel) will automatically replenish your order in subsequent months (unless otherwise stated at the time of your purchase).

You can cancel your continuity program at any time by calling customer service at 1-877-545-3629. To ensure that further shipments are stopped prior to a scheduled delivery, we recommend canceling prior to your automatic renewal date.

If your cancellation comes after the date your order is shipped to you, you are required to contact customer service to obtain an rma ("return authorization number") In this case; (Stiefel) is not responsible for return shipping costs. We discourage the practice of refusing packages since there is no guarantee that the carrier will return it to our offices.

Preferred Customer Autoship Program TO HELP ENSURE THAT THERE IS NO INTERRUPTION OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES. UNDER THIS Autoship Program YOU AUTHORIZE STIEFEL TO AUTOMATICALLY RENEW YOUR ORDER FOR THE PRODUCTS EACH SUBSEQUENT MONTH (UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED AT THE TIME OF YOUR PURCHASE). UNLESS YOU TAKE THE NECESSARY STEPS TO REMOVE YOURSELF FROM STIEFEL'S Preferred Customer Autoship Program, AT THE TIME OF EACH SUCH Replenishment YOU AUTHORIZE STIEFEL TO CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD (OR OTHER PAYMENT METHOD) AT THE THEN-CURRENT, NON-PROMOTIONAL PRICE FOR THE PRODUCTS YOU ORDERED. [NOTE: WE RECOMMEND ALLOWING THE FOLLOWING OPTION: IF YOU NO LONGER WANT TO BE ENROLLED IN STIEFEL'S Preferred Customer Autoship Program, YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR RENEWAL STATUS AT ANY TIME BY CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE AT 877-545-3629 PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGING YOUR RENEWAL OPTION IN THIS WAY WILL ONLY STOP FUTURE AUTOMATIC Shipments OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AND WILL NOT IMPACT ANY AUTOMATIC Shipments THAT OCCURRED PRIOR TO THE DATE OF YOUR STATUS CHANGE.

b. Payments. Prices for all Products are in [United States dollars] and exclude any and all applicable taxes and shipping and processing charges, unless expressly stated otherwise. To the extent permissible under law, you are responsible for any applicable taxes, whether or not they are listed on your receipt or statement. If you purchase Products, you agree to pay, using a valid credit card (or other form of payment that Stiefel may accept from time to time), the applicable fees and taxes (if any) set forth in the offer that you accepted. Stiefel reserves the right, upon prior notice to you, to change the amount of any fees and to institute new fees. All authorized charges will be billed to your designated credit card account (or other payment method) on the terms described in the specific offer. If payment cannot be charged to your credit card or your payment is returned to Stiefel for any reason, Stiefel reserves the right to either suspend or terminate your access to the Preferred Customer Autoship Program and/or unpaid-for Products. Stiefel also reserves the right to contact you by any means necessary if a payment cannot be charges. It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available to cover the charges for the Products, and Stiefel has no liability for any overdraft or other fees that you may incur as a result of Stiefel processing your payment.

c. Returns and Exchanges. Stiefel has a 60 day return policy on initial orders ONLY. In order to qualify for a return or exchange, Stiefel must be notified and the product returned within 60 days(from the date of receipt) in accordance with the MaxClarity™ Return Policy. If the product is not returned within 60 days from the date of receipt, Stiefel is not obligated by any means to replace the Product or refund any money paid for the Product for any reason. To return your Products, you must contact customer service at the number provided on the Site or the packing list for further instructions. If Products are successfully returned to Stiefel in accordance with the terms herein, your account will be refunded the purchase price paid (less shipping and processing) in approximately one to two billing cycles from the date Stiefel receives the Products from you.
